Pregnant and not sure what to do? We provide free information about your pregnancy choices in South Texas. Get answers to your questions about abortion, adoption and parenting. Our caring team also provides guidance on connecting to prenatal care, food assistance, housing, and more.

Financial Assistance
Are you pregnant or have children 36 months or younger and need help paying for basic needs? We can guide you in navigating the application for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or other programs to get the help you need!
Healthcare
Looking for health care but cannot afford it, or don’t know where to start? Our compassionate client advocates will meet with you and refer you to appropriate state programs. We also have trained Case Assistance Navigators on staff who will provide a greater level of support as needed.
Food Assistance
If you’re unable to buy the food you and your child need, we will help connect you with local and state resources, such as WIC and SNAP. Our trained Case Assistance Navigators will provide you with support as needed.
Child Care
It would be our joy to meet with you, learn your specific goals, and connect you with programs to meet your needs. Financial Assistance for Childcare is a program that assists low-income families with childcare expenses, enabling parents to work or attend workforce training or education activities.
