Texas Pregnancy Benefits is a free and confidential Pregnancy Clinic serving South Texas. We provide practical, emotional, and spiritual assistance to those who are expecting a new baby or parents/guardians of children up to three years of age.

We have five centers in the greater Coastal Bend region, and we provide services throughout much of South Texas through our mobile unit.
